How long does the full branding kit take?+
Standard delivery is 14 to 21 days from kickoff. Larger or more complex brands with multiple sub-brands or extensive template needs can take 4 to 5 weeks. We give you a clear timeline on the discovery call.
What's actually included in the kit?+
Logo suite, colour palette, typography, brand voice guide, social media templates, podcast cover art templates, presentation template, business card design, email signature, brand patterns, and a full usage guide. Plus all source files in Figma, Canva, Illustrator, PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF.
How many logo concepts will I see?+
We present three distinct logo directions based on the strategy session. Once you pick the strongest one, we refine it through two rounds of revisions until it's exactly right.
Do you do brand strategy or just visuals?+
Both. Strategy comes first. We define your positioning, audience, voice, and feeling before we touch a single visual. Design without strategy is decoration. We build foundations that hold up.
Can you rebrand an existing business?+
Yes. Many of our clients come to us with brands that worked at an earlier stage but no longer fit where they're headed. We handle the transition smoothly, including migration plans for existing assets.
What if I already have a logo I love?+
That works. We can build the rest of the system around your existing logo. The discovery call helps us figure out what stays and what gets rebuilt.
Do you write the brand voice guide too?+
Yes. We capture your tone during onboarding and turn it into a usage guide that any writer or team member can follow. No more copy that sounds like a different person wrote each post.
Can I edit the templates myself after delivery?+
Absolutely. All templates come in editable formats: Figma for design teams, Canva for non-designers, and Illustrator for advanced users. You'll get a recorded walkthrough on how to use them.
What about packaging or print materials?+
Business cards, letterheads, and email signatures are included. Larger print needs like product packaging, signage, or merchandise can be added on request.
Do you offer brand maintenance after delivery?+
Yes. Monthly retainers are available for clients who want ongoing design support, new template additions, or brand extensions as their business grows. Ask about it on the discovery call.
What file formats do I receive?+
Everything. Figma source files, Canva editable templates, Adobe Illustrator AI files, PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF exports. You'll be able to use your brand on any platform, with any tool, anywhere in the world.
